What you send us. Your name, email address, what you are interested in and your message. If you ask about engineering work, also your organisation, timeline and budget.
What we collect automatically. Your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit, through Google Analytics, only if you allow analytics cookies.
What we do not collect. Payment details or sensitive personal information, through this website.

We handle your information when you agree to it (for example analytics cookies), when we need it to answer your enquiry or take steps towards a contract, and when we have a good reason to run and secure the site. We follow Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012, and we apply the same principles for visitors from other countries.
We are registering with Ghana’s Data Protection Commission and will add our registration number here once it is issued.
This website shows no advertising.
Some of these services handle information outside Ghana: our hosting is in Germany, and Google Analytics may process data in the United States. We choose providers that protect information to a comparable standard.
Enquiries: 2 years after your last message, then we delete them. Analytics data: 14 months. We keep information longer only when the law requires it.
We protect information in transit with encryption and limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so if something affects your information we will tell you, as the law requires. All traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS), the admin area needs two-factor sign-in, and passwords are stored hashed.
